In which countries can I invest with Baldrois?

We specialize in Brazil (Santa Catarina), Spain (Costa del Sol and Balearic Islands), and Dubai. However, we also work with high-end real estate regions worldwide. We select areas with high returns, legal security, and appreciation potential.

What is the minimum investment amount?

€50,000 is the approximate minimum investment amount, depending on the project and country. We offer options for both individual and corporate investors.

What sets Baldrois apart from a traditional real estate agency?

We don’t sell properties. We design investment strategies and support you with a local team in each destination, from selection to post-sale management.

Do I need to travel to the destination to invest?

It’s not necessary, but we recommend it. We offer guided visits, private pickups, and aerial tours so you can personally explore each opportunity.

How do you handle legal and tax matters?

Our international legal and tax team handles everything: contracts, taxes, visas, and optimal investment structures.

What happens after the investment?

We provide full management: project monitoring, rentals, maintenance, and exit strategy if you decide to sell later.
